Britney Spears Biography

Britney Jean Spears came into the world on December 2nd, 1981, in Kentwood, Louisiana. She starts her music career in the local church. Despite her talent, she is not admitted to take part in the children's show The New Mickey Mouse Club on account of her fragile age - just 8. This misfortune  Britney does not prevent Britney from being noticed for a long period of time. Shortly, her talent captures the attention of a show producer, who immediately connects her with an agent in New York City. Consequently, the youngster spends the following 3 seasons in New York, taking lessons dancing at Off Broadway Dance Center and actorship at Professional Performing Arts School. Britney's flight to stardom is also fostered by her participations in various ads at that time. Being 11, Britney manifests her acting and dancing talent in the Mickey Mouse Club show, where she is this time around admitted to take part in as "Mouseketeer". She spends two years in Orlando with her family, while the show keeps going. Britney also finds time for her native city where she is enrolled in high school. Her dreams are tinted in "singing" colours, which takes her to New York again.....this time as a singer. Her talent gets in the focus of Jive Record, after demo records of hers succesfully pass an audition. She begins working with Eric Foster Whita, a producer who has worked with Boyzone and Whitney Houston. Resulting from their cooperation, Britney's first album - Baby One More Time is released on January 12th, 1999. This album takes the charts by storm due to super hits like "Crazy", "Sometimes" and "[Hit Me] Baby, One More Time". The hit is sold in over 20 million copies. In 2000, Britney takes the wide public by surprise again, proving that she has nothing to do the one-hit wonder syndrom. The new album is called "Oops!...I Did It Again" and hit as agrand a success as its predecessor. Britney is just tireless. Her third album comes into being one year later, incorporating winning singles such as: "Overprotected","I'm Not A Girl, Not Yet A Woman" e "Slave 4 U". Rumours spread around with respect to Madonna's statement that she is a fan of Britney, which can be very clearly seen in the video clip. In The Zone is officially released in 2003. Her wedding with Jason Allen Alexander, her childhood friend, lasts 55 hours, which shocks her fans.
