Egypt Tourism Invites Oprah Winfrey For Tahrir Square Show

 New Tourism Minister of Egypt has invited Oprah Winfrey for a Tahrir Square Show. By inviting Oprah Winfrey, Egypt Tourism hopes to win the trust of the tourists, lost due to the violence and protests.

 Tourism Minister Mounir Fakhry Abdel Nour,said that he has invited several famous actors and media personals to organize shows at the famous Tahrir Square in Cairo.
This is seen as a step by Egypt to help vital tourism industry recover from the violence and protests and improve the image of Egypt as a tourism destination. Since the pro democracy violence broke out in Egypt over 1.5 million tourists fled the country leaving hotels completely deserted.
If Oprah Winfrey accepts the invitation, it will play as a huge factor for the tourism industry in Egypt. Oprah Winfrey can certainly help Egypt win the trust of the tourists. It will be interesting to see what Oprah Winfrey has to say about the invitation made my the Egypt's Tourism Minister.
  Tourism Minister Mounir Fakhry Abdel Nour, is also going to invite Facebook users to promote destinations in Egypt.
