HOW TO WEAR IT: Spaghetti strap dresses are such a warm weather staple. They're a simple way to look fab. You can dress them up with heels and jewelry, or dress them down with sandals and a floppy hat—either way they always seem to retain that ever-important not-trying-too-hard mystique. While Halle looks amazing in her curve-hugging number, we much prefer Jessica's and Kate's silhouettes for the summer.
