Bipasha Basu who is known as a sex bomb is selected for a holy role in a mythological epic film ‘Ram Leela’

It is for the first time that such a contradictory character like Bipasha Basu who is known as a sex bomb is selected for a holy role in a mythological epic film ‘Ram Leela’ by Priyadarshan opposite Ajay Devgan as her 'Ram'.

 After Ajay Devgan and Bipasha’s appearance as a pair in an appealing performance in ‘All The Best’ the couple will be seen in a different get up on silver screen.

 This is their second venture together and they seems to co-ordinate in a jolly good way together but not in previous masala type. Relevantly with a more indepth moral concept driven from the religious epic 'Ramyana' and which is all set to go on the floors recently.

 The singer Ajay Jhingran stated, “'Ram Leela' is based on epic 'Ramayana' with new dimensions added by director Priyadarshan.”

 Ajay Jhingran of ‘Page 3’ fame has contributed two songs in the film, music directed by Pritam Chakraborty and lyrics penned down by Irshad Kamil.

 Considering the fact that it is such a sensitive religious topic, hope Bipasha justifies the role so that she saves herself from any sort of condemnation!
