Kathy Griffin: female comedians want to be funny and pretty

Kathy Griffin says she continues to get plastic surgery in an attempt to be “pretty”.  She still feels the pressure to look a particular way.  ”I think most female comedians do it because at the core we still want to be funny and pretty. I do it because I want to be pretty and funny.”.
