Bon Jovi pays property taxes of only $100 a year on his extensive real
estate holdings in New Jersey because he raises honey bees on the
property and therefore he qualifies fora honey bee subsidy. Fellow
Jersey resident Bruce Springsteen owns acres of property in New Jersey
but pays very little in property taxes because he leases some of his
real estate to an organic farmer. This is all legal because of “well
intended government handouts” to farmers which benefit wealthy farmers
and people like Bon Jovi. Good deal if you can do it.
